How do i get excell to do if x:y=1 sum it if y:x=2

Ok I, trying to work with several colums of data i want to find out the
total of all the #1 in colum J that match with all the #1 in columQ. how do I
get excell to do that? I know I should be using IF(j3:j68=1),and(
q3:q68=1)sum plese help
