How do I get file 'misexe.exe' and install it

I have a version of office 2000 premiume and when I try to load it the
message comes up saying the 'misexec.exe' is missing. How do I fix the
problem please. Thanks

Yes did mean misiexe.exe thankyou for pointing out the mistake. Question
still stands thoug does anyone know how to fix it Thanks

If it is indeed a missing "msiexec.exe" then this issue is in the
Windows Installer rather than Office. What version of Windows are you
using? Do you have all updates for Windows installed?
