How do I get Free Rotate to work in WordArt?

When I go to my 'Drawing Toolbar' and to 'Rotate or Flip' (as I was
instructed by Quick Help) 'Free Rotate' is unclickable. However I am able to
rotate it at a 90 degree angle. How can I use Free Rotate. I am using
Microsoft Word 2003.

What are you trying to rotate? You can rotate drawings but not necessarily
pictures, and plain text can't be rotated except 90 degrees right or left.

Whoops! I guess you're trying to rotate WordArt! If you have Word 2002 or
2003, the WordArt object will have been inserted inline. You have to change
the wrapping before you can free-rotate it.
