I have been looking for Italian spell check for office 2003 and have had no
luck can you help me?

Individual language packs were not sold retail for prior Office versions. You may still be able to purchase from an online
retailer/store the
Microsoft Office 2003 Proofing Tools Kit
that includes the spell/grammar tools for 30+ languages.
