How do I get me calendar to save emailed entries?

My Secretary sends appointments to my inbox and I have it set to Accept and
process the calendar automatically. When I delete it from my inbox, outlook
removes it from my calendar also. I have to manually accept the calendar
entry in order for it to be saved on my calendar.
