How do I get meeting invites to appear automatically on my calenda

I recently noticed that outlook no longer automatically places a meeting on
my calendar when I get an invitation. Previously it appeared on my calendar
and I could accept or reject. Now I have to accept or reject the e-mail
notification. I'm not sure what changed. I recently got a Blackberry and am
synched with it. That may have reset some defaults. Any help would be
appreciated.
