How do I get Microsoft Outlook to work

Is Outlook Express and Microsoft Outlook the same? Also, how can I send and
receive email from Microsoft Outlook? I read if I use Outlook 2003 with
Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 I can send and receive mail offline. Is this
correct? I have DSL and if I get Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 does it cost
$$, will I have problems with DSL, or have to change things in my computer?
I want to use Microsoft Outlook 2003 to send emails, pictures, etc. Is
Outlook 2003 worth it?
Thank You.

Only the names and the fact that they both support EMail are similar;
they are quite different in almost all other respects.

You've been misled by Microsoft's flaky Help system into posting this
message in a newsgroup for Microsoft Access. Please post again but
this time scroll down the list and find an appropriate
microsoft.public.outlook newsgroup. Yes, Outlook 2003 is a good tool
for what you want; but the volunteers in the Outlook newsgroup will be
better able to answer your questions.
