how do I get more space for outlook rules manager?

Apparently, you can only have 32KB of space for active outlook rules. This
is silly, especially for environments where you have complicated mail
scenario. When has MS ever used 32KB for anything???

I used to have more space, I got a message a while ago that the server was
deactivating the majority of my rules. I decided to take time to consolidate
and reduce the number of rules but with 4 rules I'm already finished. I've
got another 6-7 to go.

If the rules are client based then why can't I use the client to store and
process.

The client *processes* certain types of rules, but the rules themselves are
stored in your mailbox on the server. If you're looking for an alternative,
