how do i get moving images on frontpage?

I am trying to set up a website for a project but so far i have not been
able to set up moving images.
I have Microsoft frontpage.

Check with a FrontPage newsgroup. This one is for Micorsoft Access, a
relational database program.

This is not a Front Page newsgroup. This is an Access newsgroup. Try
searching in a Front Page newsgroup. If you don't find the answer, then
post a new thread. I'm positive you will be able to find the answer without
the need to post a new thread though.
