How do I get MROUND to only round up to the next multiple.

I do not wish to get a lower number when rounding to a miltpile of it. I
need to combing the MROUND and ROUNDUP.

Don't use MROUND. Instead of

=MROUND(x,n)

use

=ROUNDUP(x/n,0)*n

If x and n have the same sign you can also use =CEILING(x,n)
