how do i get msword to automatically double space my text?

Hi, im actually finishing my dissertation and they want the lines to be
double spaced, how can i get my msword document to do this automatically for
me? please help!

Select all text in document by pressing the following keys: Ctl + A
Then, using the toolbar:
Format | Paragraph
Change "Line Spacing" to "Double"
