how do I get my calendar and tasks to start up first?

I want my calendar to start first each time I log on. I also want my tasks
listed on my calendar I think. I am just trying to find the best way to keep
orginized each day. Any thoughts??

In Outlook, tools->options->other->advanced - change the dropdown to
Calendar for the startup folder. In the main Outlook window when viewing
your calendar, go to View->Taskpad.
