How do I get my contact list into my address book

I was able to get my contact list from my old computer to my new one ut the
contacts did not go into the addressbook. Consequently, unless I physically
add an address to the email, I can only send it to one person. This also
affects my forwarding ability. I need answers fast. Thanks!

Describe exactly the steps you took to do this and exactly what version(s)
of Outlook you used and someone may be able to help. It's probably a matter
of enabling your Contacts ans an Address Book, but we don't have enough
information to decide.
