How do I get my FS linked tasks in Project to move as durations c.

For some reason, as I manipulate the Finish-Start linked tasks's durations in
my project file, the succeeding tasks retain the same dates and don't move
accordingly. Does anyone know what the problem may be? It has affected all
project files I have on my computer. Any help would be appreciated.

Is this a Microsoft Access question?

If so, you would have to share the structure of your database.

No. It is a Project file. I noticed on this board that someone else had a
similar problem and just pressed F9 to recalculate their schedule. It fixed
my problem, but I would rather not have to do that everytime. Before I would
be able to manipulate durations and the schedule would move accordingly. It
doesn't operate the same now with any of my files. What happened to my files
or what can I do to not have to do that everytime I change one aspect of my
project?

You'll really get a better chance of a knowledgable answer by posting the
question in a Project newsgroup such as microsoft.public.project, rather than
in this Access newsgroup.
