How do I get my Out of Office Assistant to save my message?

Do you include the step to "Add Rule"? It really helps if you post
step-by-step actions so we can find where this may be happening. Don't
assume we know exactly what you are doing, we are not there and can't peer
over your shoulder.

After furious head scratching, Greg Mc asked:

Yes, I do include the step to 'Add Rule.' As soon as I click on Add Rule, it
goes to another screen. I type in my information, a name, then click Save to
accpet the rule. I then get the error message 'CHANGES TO THE RULE COULD NOT
BE SAVED'
I can't save any rules; not even modify the ones I have.
