How do I get my "send" button back after an upgrade?

I've just installed an upgrade for outlook yesterday 11/10/04. I did indeed
have an account set up already, and had been using it for quite a while.

However, after the upgrade my "send" buttton mysteriously disappeared from
the toolbar. In searching the help section, it gives the following
information:

For the Send button to be available, you must have an e-mail account set up
in your Microsoft Outlook profile. You might have chosen not to add an e-mail
account when you installed Outlook, or you might have canceled the E-mail
Accounts wizard.
After you set up an e-mail account, the Send button will be available.

Since I already have an account this shouldn't be a problem. Any solutions?

Verify that your account exists and is properly configured with Tools>E-mail
Accounts>Next
