How do I get my "This is Spam & This not Spam" back on my Outlook.

Somehow, I deleted my icons to select, This is spam or This is not spam. How
do I get those back on my tool bar for Outlook 2003?

Outlook does not have those buttons. They came with another antispam addin
like Norton Anti Spam.
