How do I get my Yahoo account to merge into my outlook?

I am trying link up my Yahoo email to my Outlook email. Where do I find out
whether I am a HTTP or POP3 or IMAP? I have no idea what these are. Please
help me! I have a iPAQ and I need to be able to download my addresses,
contacts and email messages while I am traveling. I have an in-home business
(Mary Kay) and these are crucial to my business.

Yahoo offers POP3 download but only if you're using the YahooMail Plus
account/service.
