How do I get Office Online to see that SP3 in allready installed?

How do I get Office Online to see that SP3 in allready installed? My OS is
Windows XP

Every time I ask Office Online to scan for updates I tells me I need SP(3) installed but every other way I try to install SP(3) it comes back as allready installed.
