how do I get office outlook to recieve mail instead of outlook ex.

I purchased office 2003 student and teacher. I can send e-mails through
office outlook but I cannont recieve e-mail. Outlook express 6.0 came with
my computer.I checked the default in office 2003, that did not change
anything. what do I do?

a) remove the mail account from OE and
b) don't open OE!

Check the POP settings, if that fails post the *Exact* error message.

Tools-Accounts-Mail Accounts. Highlight the account and click "Remove". QED.
