How do I get Office Picture Manager to work with CITRIX?

When I open up the CITRIX Program neighborhood icon on my desktop all of the
Office icons are in there except Office Pictue Manager. How can I get that
icon in the Neighborhood program? Thanks in advance for ANY help you may be!
