How do I get OfficeUpdate11\Cabs\511974\ I am trying to uninstall

I recently tried removing office xp from my computer so I might reinstall it.
Unfortunately, it keeps saying that cannot locate
OfficeUpdate11\Cabs\511974\. Because of this, I cannot install XP or
uninstall it.
