how do i get out of edit picture mode in microsoft word?

i have inserted a pic from clip art used edit picture mode and i can not get
out of edit mode. Anyone got any answers please?

What version of Word? In 2000 -- you can go to FILE and on the menu you
have an option to close and return to your document? Have you tried that?
