How do I get Outlook '07 to auto dowlnload pics in the Reading Pan

Hi everyone.
I am running Office 2007 on the Vista OS. I was wondering if there is a way
to have pictures automatically download for preview in the Reading Pane? I
can't find a setting that would allow this anywhere.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
