How do I get Outlook and Outlook Express to share Contacts

My fax program will use only the 'Shared Contacts Identity' as a source for
fax numbers.

Please help me find a way to get my Outlook Contacts folder into that Shared
Contacts Identity.

Since I am blind I find it very difficult to search for pertainent articles
but my 'screen reader' program will recite emails to me. I would,
therefore, appreciate a response by email to: (e-mail address removed).
