I regularly use Outlook to access my same email account from multiple
computers. When I set follow up flags of various colors on one computer,
later on when accessing that mail account from a different computer, all the
flags have become the color red. They do not maintain the color that I set on
the first computer.
It may be important to note that I view my inbox arranged by flag color and
shown in groups (These two items are checked in the View-->Arrange by
submenu).
I have been unable to find an answer to my problem in Outlook Help,
searching via Google, searching the Microsoft Knowledge Base, and just
searching through various options and menus in Outlook.
I can't believe I'm the only person who is frustrated by having to deal with
setting my flag colors all over again on additional computers. If you have
ANY ideas, I'm game for giving them a try to solve this problem!
