I need the fonts to be bigger so I can seem them easier. I've been able to
get Outlook to do this for Plain Text e-mails, but not for Rich Text or Html.
Thanks for your help.

What about View | Text Size?

There is no "View/Text Size in Outlook 2000

Ah. You didn't say Outlook 2000. :) I don't recall how to do it in
Outlook 2000 and unfortunately I don't have any Outlook 2000 machines
handy anymore to check it on.

Have you looked through the various View menus, though? Should be
something in there that lets you control your default viewing size.

To change fonts in Outlook 2000:

(1) Tools> Options> Mail Format (tab)

(2) Under Message Format, decide the format for your outgoing messages: HTML
, Rich Text, or Plain Text.

(3) Check or uncheck preferences about using Word to edit messages or to
read rich-text messages.

(4) Under Stationery & Fonts, select Fonts. You'll be able to set different
fonts for composing, replying/forwarding, or composing/replying to plain text
messages.

The subject line delineates too much and you cannot see that I asked how to
make the font size on INCOMING E-MAILS change automatically. Raincity's
reply deals with OUTGOING e-mails and I appreciate him/her taking the time to
give me the detailed info. However, my problem is INCOMING e-mails. Maybe
nothing can be done.

First, Outlook will use whatever is sent to you, provided the message is
Rich Text or HTML. The sender determines the format.

For Plain Text, however, you can click Tools>Options>Mail Format>Fonts and
control it there.
