how do I get Outlook to not load in Firefox?

For some reason Outlook loads in Firefox. I do not recall having set this up.
How do I change to IE7 as a browser?

What do you mean by this? You can't load an email client in a web browser.

You need to set IE to be the default browser. In IE's tools, internet
options - look on the programs tab for reset web settings.
