Chad

I have Outlook 2007 and it keeps automatically deleting old calendar items.
I need to get it to stop.

Are you using AutoArchive? If so, change the archive setting for the
calendar or turn off autoarchiving. Tools, options, other, archive button to
change the global settings, right click on the calendar folder, choose
properties, autoarchive, to change it on the calendar only.

If it's not archiving, are you using a PDA or similar device to sync with
the calendar?

I sync with Google Calendar and my Blackberry. I do not auto archive.

It's probably the blackberry - old data is usually deleted from pda's
because of limited storage space. There should be an option on the
blackberry so it won't delete the data from outlook.
