How do I get Outlook XP to open links, in e-mail, in a new window?

OK, Outlook XP is very frustrating in that I cannot find a setting to force
it to open links in e-mails in a new browser window each time. If there
isn't one open it will create a new window, but if there are ones already
open it will seemingly randomly choose one to open the link in instead. This
gets very annoying if it decides to choose one that I need, or am doing
something in. Does anyone know how to change this setting?

Whilst I'm at it, can you get Outlook XP to display the real URL of a link
in the info bar? Outlook Express does it and it makes picking out fake URL's
so much easier, rather than having to view the source.

1. Internet Explorer->Tools->Options->Advanced. Browse in new window (or
whatever it is called now.)

2. Use Tool Tips.

IE6 doesn't seem to have this option anymore, I do recall it from previous
versions.

I'll check for a setting on that one, thanks!

Go into Internet Explorer, Tools | Internet Options | Advance and clear
the box for "Reuse Windows".
