How do I get paint shortcut in Microsoft Office 2003

How can I get paint to display on Office 2003.

locate mspaint.exe file in this directory C:\WINDOWS\system32, then right
click the file to create a shortcut and you can drag the shortcut to the
windows taskbar or desktop for quick access to paint.
