Image Rotation in Microsoft Paint

You can easily rotate an image in Microsoft Paint by 90, 180, or 270 degrees.
Is there any way to rotate it by 45 degrees only? It would make my use much
easier.

www.getpaint.net is free, it has a rotation tool in the Layers menu.
