How do I get "permissions" on my file menu?

I have recently upgraded to Microsoft Office Professional 2003 because all
information suggested that I would be able to create permissions for
PowerPoint files. However, despite the help pages saying that "permissions"
is available in the File menu of each Office programme I'm unable to locate
it. Please help

Don't know why it is not in your menu but to be able to use it you will
