hello

How do I get powerpoint 2003 to insert blank slides as the default option? I
dont want the spaces for preformatted titles and text and I am fed up
removing them from each new slide I insert.

Thanks

Aoife

Hi

I haven't found an elegant way to do this but this does work.

Open a presentation insert a slide and in slide layout choose the blank
slide format. Save as "blank" or similar name.

Place a shortcut to poerpoint eg on the desktop and change its target to
open "blank".

Insert slide will now give you blank slides.
