How do I get rid of an outline that comes up when I open Word?

Hi Everyone,

I have been having this problem with Word for a long time, and no one seems
to have an answer.

I created an outline in Word a couple of months ago, now everytime I open up
Word, that same outline appears. Even when I click "New Document", the same
outline comes up. The only way I get rid of it temporarily, is to select the
outline and delete it. Then it always appears after I open up Word again.

Please, please, somebody help!
