How do I get rid of e-mail toolbar In Excel 2000?

H

Hank Arnold

Somehow, I have enabled a toolbar in Excel called "Envelope". It produces a
toolbar that is 4 lines deep and takes up way too much space. I have no idea
how it got enables and when I go to "View/Toolbars" it's not there. But if I
select "Customize" it shows up in the list of toolbars. It's checked and
cannot be unchecked.

Any idea how I did this and how I can turn it off?

Hi Hank,

If this is the email toolbar you should be able to
uUse File=>Send To and turn off the 'Mail Recipient' setting
or the Email icon on the Excel standard toolbar to
toggle it on and off.
