How do I get rid of "Interrupted Message" alert

Hello,

I sent an email to a client with no problem. Now, every time I open up Entourage (vers. X for Mac -- 10.1.6), I get a message saying "Entourage has recovered the interrupted message and saved a copy in your Drafts folder."

I quit, and re-open Entourage, and it happens again. I've checked the box saying, "Don't show me this alert again", but each time I open Entourage, a copy of that message opens up immediately in a window, and I don't know how to get it to stop.

Any ideas? Thank you! George

It looks like a corruption.
Quit Entourage, hold the alt key down and while doing so, relaunch
ENtourage to get to the database utility. You;ll probably need to use it
to repair your database,

Hi, thanks for your help. That partially worked. Now that message doesn't show up by opening in a window when I launch Entourage; however, it still shows up in the Drafts folder. I delete it, then close Entourage and open back up again, and it's there in the folder again. I did a "typical" rebuild. Do I need to do an "advanced" rebuild instead?

I fear indeed that only the advanced rebuild might get rid of it,
Before you do that, make sure Office is fully up to date. If I remerber
well, the current version should be 10.1.9

This could be a corrupt message in your Outbox. Not sure what the rebuild
did to this message. Look in your Identity folder in Documents --> Microsoft
User Data folder. When you rebuild it duplicates your Identity as a backup.
You can switch Identity to view this backup.

Look in the Outbox and select the email. Open it and copy the text. Now
delete the message. Make anew message and paste in the text. It should now
send. If you still have problems, then you will have to retype the message.
