how do I get rid of mail delivery error message

About a month ago my nephew sent me a huge picture file--
too big for my settings. Now everytime I send/receive in
outlook I get an error message that a file has not been
received because it was too big. How do I get this error
message to go away? Please e-mail your respnse to
(e-mail address removed). I'll be eternally grateful!

Does your ISP offer a web-based mail client where you could delete the
message at the server level, so that Outlook won't have to attempt to
download it?
