How do I get rid of or move new My Documents?

When our computer team loaded MS Office XP on my new computer, it
apparently established a new "c:/My Documents" in addition to the one
where all my files are stored. The "open" functions all point to this
new one instead of where my files are. How do I get rid of the new
folder?
