I have phantom styles appearing in my document that weren't there when I save
it. They can't be deleted and I can't change the format of the text with
another style. In addition the formatting toolbar is showing the correct
information (e.g., font, size, etc.).
Does anyone know:
1. How the phantoms came into being?
2. How to get rid of them?
3. How can I save my document.
Oh, I am using a template, which I tried to reattach to the doc. That
