How do I get rid of the erroe Jet 4.0 sp8 not intstall when this .

When I open Microsoft access 2003 and try to open an old access database. A
warning appears stating that there are posible unsafe macros. When I click
open it returns another message stating that I need to iunstall Jet 4.0 sp8
with is install. So I download and try to install this again and it says that
this version is already on the machine.

Please Advise
