How do I get rid of the message, "The global template, NORAMAL.DO.

How do I get rid of the message, "The global template, NORAML.DOT, is already
open as an add-in program." Tools, Templates and Add-ins, Remove doesn't
resolve this problem.

Make sure there is not a copy of Normal.dot in Word's Startup folder.
