HOW DO I GET RID OF THE PARAGRAPH FLAG WHEN WRITING EMAIL?

how do i get rid of the black paragraph flag that shows up every time i hit
enter?

First, this is an Access database newsgroup, you may get better answers in a
Word group. If you turn off Paragraph formatting in your Word email editor,
or stop using Word as an editor, the problem will be solved. To turn it of,
go to Tools ... Options ... View and uncheck Paragraph marks, or just turn
it off on Word's toolbar.
