how do I get ride of overlaping boxes and refigure the fonts size

I have some bad problem with the MSN Internet Explorer, as I try to see the
pages,I get big fonts and overlapped boxes. Have *64AMD athlon, windows XP in
Hebrew-English and hight resolution LCD desktop screen.
