How do I get scroll arrows back

The up/down scroll arrows on the right hand side of my Microsoft Word
documents have dissapeared and there is no way for me to scroll up and down,
from page to page.
How can I get them back?

It sounds as if you don't have the vertical scroll bar displayed: Tools |
Options | View.
