Assuming you are running Office 2003, you will need to use the LISTool (free
download from Microsoft) to delete and rebuild the MSOCache folder. Note,
using this tool will require you to have the media on hand to rebuild the
folder.

That is the problem, I'm using Microsoft Windows XP ServicePack2, and LISTOOL
do not support ServicePack2

Weird because I just used it yesterday on a Windows XP SP2 box to rebuild
Office 2003's cached folder. Are you getting error messages when trying to
install the tool on XP or when using the tool? If yes to either, please
identify which and what the error messages are. You also might want to
identify if running the tool from a local, removable, or network drive.
