How do I get sound to start automatically in PowerPointXP? Thanks

I inserted a recorded sound in a PowerPoint XP slide and selected it to start
after previous event, but it will not start. I have to click it manually to
start and I need it start automatically.

Any suggestions as to what I am doing incorrectly.

When you look in custom animation pane - is there a grey trigger above the
entry for sound?

If there is double click the entry and in timing "change start effect on
click of" to "animate as past of click sequence"

If that's not the problem post back the sound format and what else is above
it in the animation pane.
