How do I get text to pop up when I hover over something in Powerpo

I need to create some charts on a Powerpoint slide. However, there is too
much information for each segment to be displayed as labels.

How do I create something whereby when I hover over each segment with the
mouse, the information appears as a pop up type box?

Please help!!!!
