How do I get the antispam toolbar?

I had to reload Outlook 2003 and my antispam toolbar is missing. Where can I
get it back on? It IS enabled but it is not there. I NEED IT BACK!!

This is an annoying but easy fix.
Close Outlook. Open Norton Antispam (or Nortong Internet Security). Go to
Status & Settings, Configure, Client Configuration. Uncheck Outlook, close
Norton, reboot. Then go in and check it, reboot.

The next time you open Outlook it should ask if you want the toolbar.

I can get to Status and Settings, but I don't see Configure, Client
Configuration. What do you suggest?
