how do I get the button to appear in outlook for Norton antispam

Just downloaded the new Norton 2008 and the antispam add-on. How do I get the
antispam button to appear in a toolbar? Had it on the previous version. I do
have the folder and have checked the boxes in the config area.

Not an Outlook issue. Go check the configuration options in the 3rd
party software.
